Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance (QIQA) is responsible for monitoring the quality of services provided under the Mental Health Plan (MHP), which includes evaluating data and metrics associated with access to services, timeliness to services and client outcomes.   

The goals of QIQA are to perform program development and coordination work to implement and maintain a quality management program that effectively measures, assesses, and continuously improves the access to, and quality of care and services provided to MHP clients. The Quality Management Program Coordinator oversees the QIQA department and is responsible for Chairing and facilitating the Quality Improvement Committee (QIC).
