About the Equity Team

In 2022, the Equity Team at the CCH Office of the Director was created to formalize and solidify our long-term, ongoing dedication to health equity for all. Led by Chief Equity Officer, Gilbert Salinas, the Equity Team acknowledges that equity starts from the inside out and launched an organizational assessment focused on creating a more equitable and welcoming workplace. Equity Snapshot Report

This Equity Snapshot Report is the first snapshot of some efforts that the Equity Team were able to capture, compile, and spotlight through an equity lens over the last 20 years. We look forward to hearing back and engaging more closely with our staff and partners widen our vision and learn more about additional efforts and upcoming initiatives that collectively move the needle towards equity for ALL Contra Costans.
