About FMCH
FMCH Programs are dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of families and children through innovative partnerships with families, community members, county programs, and community-based organizations. To accomplish this mission, our work involves collecting and analyzing data to:
- Identify high priority needs,
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs designed to improve health outcomes, and
- Provide training and technical assistance to groups throughout the county on issues of perinatal health.
