Change Agent Fellowship
Contra Costa Health's Change Agent Fellowship is an 8-month program designed to develop transformational leaders who improve health and health services, focusing on addressing health disparities, promoting equity and meeting the evolving challenges of the health landscape.
Fellows receive interactive training and apply what they learn to real-world challenges. Each fellow takes on an impactful long-term project to help create measurable improvement for their organizations and communities.
The Change Agent Fellowship is open to CCH employees as well as community members and representatives from community-based organizations in the county.
When it starts
The Fellowship meets every other Wednesday, beginning September 18, 2024. Locations vary, with some meetings virtual.
