Waste Tire Drop-Off Information

• October 19, 2024 (8 am -12:30 pm) Richmond Clean Up: Shields- Reid Community Center, 1410 Kelsey Street, Richmond, CA 94801
• October 26, 2024 (9 am - 12 pm) Pacheco Clean Up: 5800 Pacheco Boulevard, Pacheco, CA 94553
• November 2, 2024 (8:30 am - 12 pm) Bay Point Clean Up: 2867 Willow Pass Road, Bay Point, CA 94565

Waste tires will be collected for the duration of the event or until capacity is reached.

• Individuals with 9 or less tires.
• Individuals with 10-20 tires and a waste tire hauling exemption letter.
• Individuals bringing tires that were illegally dumped on their property with a waste tire hauling exemption letter and documentation that a police report was filed for the illegally dumped tires as required by Public Resources Code Section 42954(a)(8).

Tire changing businesses are not eligible to bring waste tires to any event. 

An individual may bring up to 40 tires to the event but may only transport up to nine waste tires at one time without a waste tire hauling exemption letter.

Individuals transporting 10 to 20 waste tires will need to request a waste tire hauling exemption letter. 

**Please note that request received less than 24 hours prior to the start of the event may not be processed in time for the event.
