Air Products-Martinez Tesoro Hydrogen Plant has been de-registered as of Dec 10, 2020 and is no longer in the CalARP program.

The Air Products - Tesoro Martinez Hydrogen Plant is part of the Global Operations Group, Air Products and Chemical, Inc., Allentown, PA.
The Primary purpose of this facility is the manufacturing of gaseous hydrogen for the Tesoro Golden Eagle Refinery. The refinery customer uses hydrogen to manufacture "clean fuels."
