The Contra Costa County Mental Health Plan (MHP) has established points of contact for AB1299 Presumptive Transfers. Presumptive transfers are only applicable to foster and probation youth. For all other inquiries, please contact the Behavioral Health Access Line at 1-888-678-7277.

E-mails sent to the AB1299@cchealth.org will be checked periodically Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM, excluding County holidays. For expedited PT or waivers outside of business hours, please contact the Access Line at 1-888-678-7277.

When he is out of the office, his voicemail will provide additional information on how to contact someone for assistance.
