East County - Children's Behavioral Health

East County Children's Behavioral Health in Antioch is a community mental health center providing a wide array of mental health and support services to the children and families of Eastern Contra Costa County. We respond quickly and sensitively to the mental health needs of youth and their families in East County with culturally sensitive psychological support and advocacy. 

Services are comprehensive in nature and all domains of a client's life are considered: school, family, peer relationships, community involvement, etc. Services range from individual therapy, family therapy, groups, parent education, wraparound services, medication support, AOD services, parent partner support and peer mentoring. In addition, we offer Evidenced Based Practices, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Family Based Therapy (FBT).
