Central County - Adult Mental Health Services

We serve a culturally diverse community of people in Central Contra Costa County struggling with severe and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. We provide a collaborative-care treatment model that offers patients mental health services using a multi-disciplinary team approach. Care teams include psychiatrists, clinicians, case managers and peer-support staff.
