  • Introduction: • The workshop helps participants recognize the early warning signs of burnout, such as chronic fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and a sense of detachment from work.
    • We'll also unpack some of the most common sources of burnout, such as an overwhelming workload or lack of community. You will learn practical strategies to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize self-care to prevent burnout from escalating. Overall, the workshop aims to equip individuals with the tools to not only recover from burnout but also build resilience against future stress.
