Building Your Self-Care and Community Care Plan to Improve Wellness in the New Year Wellness Session, Open to All

Working with positive psychology themes to create a plan for yourself to stay positive and moving forward in the new year.

  • Introduction: In this presentation we will take a look at the science behind positive psychology, and ways to build out your own Self-Care Plan.

We will utilize worksheets to examine how positive psychology can impact our self-care and overall wellness. We will look at worksheets called, "The Self-Care Wheel," as well as work together to complete the "Self-Care Promise Worksheet." Viewers will need worksheets and writing tools. Open to All.
