Holidays can be a difficult time for many people, a time during which stress, anxiety, depression and grief can be heightened. In this wellness session, participants will create a 3-part self-care plan to manage challenging emotional states during the holidays and connect to inner peace and well-being. Participants will be invite to reflect on key ways to care for themselves physically, emotionally and mentally or spiritually.
