Ecotherapy and Creative Writing to Alleviate Anxiety and Depression, Suraya Keating, MFT, Wellness Zoom

  • Introduction: Participants will harness the wisdom of the 5 elements along with journaling, poetry and imagination practices to help soothe anxiety and boost mood. The session will culminate with a "Elemental Wisdom Poem" which participants can take with them as an ongoing resource.
