On July 1, 2012, we launched an electronic health record system- ccLink- at our Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) and Health Centers. This state-of-the-art technology from Epic will allow us to continue providing the highest quality of care for our patients.

This transition from paper to digital records allows your care team to have immediate access to your medical history anywhere in our system, allowing them to make the best care decisions in a timely manner. In addition, most prescriptions will be sent directly from your Health Services health care provider directly to your pharmacy. That means shorter waiting times to get your medication.
