Public Health Immunization Clinics

October 17, 2023: All of our weekly public health immunization clinics have COVID vaccine for uninsured children, uninsured adults, and children with MediCal health insurance. We encourage community members with private health insurance to contact their provider about COVID vaccine.

People can book appointments at a clinic online or by calling 925-608-5350. Drop-ins are welcome depending on clinic capacity. Those with appointments will be prioritized, so scheduling in advance is encouraged.

We offer all doctor-recommended, school-required vaccines. COVID vaccine, COVID boosters, and mpox vaccines are also available. These clinics do not have travel vaccines such as yellow fever or typhoid.

These immunization clinics primarily serve the uninsured and those with Medi-Cal, regardless of immigration status. People with private health insurance should contact their regular healthcare provider for vaccines.

Clinic fees are based on patient age, insurance status, and vaccine(s) needed. Please check the fee tabs below.

Flu and Tdap (pertussis or whooping cough booster) vaccine are available for all adults and children at reduced cost. For pregnant women, only flu and Tdap are given at these clinics.

The clinics are busiest the months of August and September. Clinics are closed on holidays.

We ask that you email all immunization records to CoCoPHIZ@cchealth.org before your appointment. This will help us figure out what vaccine(s) you or your child need.

Vaccines are important. If you are unable to come to our clinics, not eligible for our clinic services, or need travel vaccines, please check our community immunization providers list.
