AOD Advisory Board

Committees


There are three standing committees:

Executive/Nominating Committee

Comprised of the chairs from each committee and is the policy-making branch of the Advisory Board. It performs the duties associated with Board membership and nominations.

Community Awareness Committee

Heightens awareness throughout the community regarding alcohol and other drug issues by participating in community events and maintaining contact with the media and collaborating with other agencies. They also coordinate the annual People Who Make a Difference Awards.

Programs and Services Committee

Work to review and understand treatment and prevention modality's across all life cycle populations in the Alcohol and Other Drugs system of care, identify gaps, and make recommendations.
