What Comes Next

We launched a pilot phase of A3 in August 2021. The Miles Hall Crisis Hub operated two days a week and has since expanded to five days. It's currently available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Call 833-433-2672 for services.

Spring 2022
  • Continue to build out the Miles Hall Crisis Hub.
  • Hire and train additional call center team members. We'll maintain our current hours of operation.
  • Further develop the triage process.

Summer 2022
  • Expand our response teams.
  • Continue collaboration with law enforcement on how to standardize workflows, policies and dispatch.

Fall 2022 and beyond
  • Establish alternative destinations for behavioral health needs.
  • Have full staffing at the Miles Hall Crisis Hub by June 2023. This includes 24/7 operation with regionalized teams so that anyone, anywhere, anytime can receive behavioral health support in a timely manner.
