Where We Are Now

The A3 Miles Hall Crisis Call Center is currently available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Call 833-433-2672 for services.

We are currently building out the center by:

  • Hiring and training call center team members
  • Improving technology
  • Refining the call triage process
  • Collaborating with our partners on training

What Comes Next

A3 services will continue to expand as we hire more staff. We aim to be fully operational by early 2024 with the A3 Miles Hall Call Center operating 24/7, 34 response teams able to respond in 15 minutes or less, and the A3 Wellness Campus open.
