Miles Hall Crisis Hub
The Miles Hall Crisis Hub is the central component of the A3 model. This is the front-door to access mobile crisis services. Once fully rolled out, the Hub will be a high-tech call center open 24/7 staffed by both licensed behavioral health clinicians and peer staff. This staff will answer calls, triage the situation, and deescalate over the phone or dispatch a team to respond.
Currently, the Miles Hall Crisis Hub operates Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, call 833-443-2672.
The Miles Hall Crisis Hub was named for Miles Hall and in honor of the hundreds of other Contra Costans who face the challenge of a mental health incident, as well as the added jeopardy of getting the wrong help or no help at all.
Miles was a young man who was tragically killed by law enforcement while experiencing a behavioral health episode. His mother, Taun Hall, has advocated for more services like A3 in Contra Costa County. Watch this video where she shares her story.
