How to help North Bay Wildfire Victims:

Wildfire relief organizations prefer monetary donations at this time. For safety reasons, and to avoid blocking emergency traffic, please don’t bring donations to areas affected by wildfires.

Places to donate in Contra Costa:

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has declared a health advisory due to heavy smoke from the North Bay Fires. For more information visit http://www.baaqmd.gov/

How to Sign Up for myccLink

You'll need to get an activation code from us to start your own myccLink account. Here's how:

  • At your doctor's office: All Contra Costa Regional Medical Center & Health Centers patients receive a unique myccLink activation code in the "After Visit Summary" paperwork given to them following an office visit. Go to the myccLink website and follow the step-by-step sign-up instructions in your After Visit Summary.
  • Contact myccLink customer support: Call us toll-free (1-844-622-5465) or send us an email at myccLink.support@hsd.cccounty.us saying you'd like to start a new myccLink account. After we confirm your identity, we will send you the code by U.S. mail in 5-7 days. To protect your privacy, we don't give you the activation code over the phone or by email.
