Our County-Wide Plan to End Homelessness
Contra Costa has a county-wide plan that lays out a comprehensive and coordinated response to homelessness – a strategy developed in collaboration with the entire community. It builds on the successful programs we have in place, expanding their capacity to meet the level of need, and putting in place policies and agreements to knit them together into one comprehensive and effective system of care.

Strategic Planning Efforts Underway
The 2014 Strategic Plan Update process is entering its final stages and we are excited to provide a summary on progress to date. Guided by the CCICH Executive Committee, this process has included monthly meetings of a Strategic Plan Ad Hoc Committee, supplemented by outreach to key stakeholder groups through interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
