Last updated: 10 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2014

The flaring has currently stopped at Chevron in Richmond but there may be intermittent flaring this evening. Flaring is a controlled burn off of gas. Our Hazardous Materials staff assessed the situation and determined a shelter-in-place was not needed.

Access Keys: How to Use them in Popular Browsers

Access keys are keyboard-based shortcuts for what would normally be "mouse clicks." We provide them as a convenience for all readers, particularly users who have disabilities which makes use of the mouse difficult. You can learn more about ways we strive to make the site usable to everyone by visiting our Accessibility Statement.

Here is a current list of our keyboard access keys:

  • Access key 1 - Home Page
  • Access key 2 - Skip to Main Content
  • Access key 3 - Health Topics
  • Access key 4 - Services
  • Access key 5 - Health Coverage
  • Access key 6 - Health Centers & Clinics
  • Access key 7 - Search
  • Access key 8 - Privacy Policy & Terms of use
