How to Access Mental Health Services

Outpatient mental health services (except those that are within the scope of practice of your PCP) or acute psychiatric inpatient services are not a covered benefit of the Plan. These services are covered by the county's Mental Health Managed Care Program. If you think you need mental health services, call the Mental Health Central Assessment and Referral Line toll free at 1-888-678-7277.

To access outpatient mental health services, please call Mental Health Authorizations at 1-877-661-6230 (press 4).
