Health Advisory Lifted for Pittsburg and Antioch

The health advisory for Pittsburg and Antioch has been lifted. The advisory was issued for people with respiratory sensitivities this morning after a chemical release at Dow Chemical in Pittsburg. Contra Costa HazMat staff are investigating the incident. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

Individual Appointments

One on One appointments with patient educators or dieticians are available at the County clinics for certain health problems. Some examples are: smoking cessation, diabetes management, high cholesterol, weight management, and more. Call 800-495-8885 to set up the session.

If you are part of our Community Provider Network (CPN), your provider must fax a prior authorization form to CCHP at 925-313-6058 for the services listed above. Services are provided at CCRMC clinics. Once the fax is received the appointment unit will contact you to set up the appointment.
