• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm - Screen men age 65 to 75 who have ever smoked.
• Breast Cancer Mutation Screening - Identify women at high risk and send for genetic counseling.
• Prostate Cancer - no recommendation given insufficient evidence to date of benefit.
• HIV - Offer screening to all patients age > 13 regardless of risk. Routinely screen prenatal and high risk patients.
• Osteoporosis - Screen all women age = 65 and high risk women starting age 60.
• HPV Vaccine - Offer to all females age 13 to 26.
• Tdap Vaccine - Offer ONCE to all age 11 to 64 in place of a routine tetanus booster.
• Zoster Vaccine - Offer to all adults age = 60.
