Bridges to Care Resource Guide (5M PDF, 43 pp.)


Bridges to Care gives health care providers tools to engage pregnant women who use alcohol in prenatal care. The project includes a Bridges to Care Toolkit for health care providers and informational materials for pregnant women who use alcohol and/or drugs. The project is funded by the March of Dimes.
