California Department of Public Health (CDPH) CDPH has activated a toll-free H1N1 (swine flu) hotline for Californians in English and Spanish. Assistance is available in other languages also. The phone number is 1-888-865-0564. The hotline is available Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 6 pm, and on weekends from 8 am to 4 pm.
