HIV Prevention Providers

Contra Costa Health Services works with Community Based Organizations to provide counseling, workshops, targeted prevention and referrals to testing. The following organizations provide education and prevention services in Contra Costa. Many of these organizations offer risk reduction counseling services for those who want on-going support and information to make informed decisions about their health.

Neighborhood House of North Richmond

Provides HIV/AIDS education and neighborhood outreach to substance users in the Richmond community. Support groups with congregate meals every second and fourth Friday of the month for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Rainbow Community Center (RCC)

Outreach/Testing Referral RCC offers a variety of services including outreach, testing and support groups for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning individuals. Call RCC for more information.
